What does W.I.A. mean to you?

What W.I.A. means to me is its a program that only some people can be able to be in, and that its a job. W.I.A. also means that you get to try and do different things to see what you want to do when you get older. Like to give you an idea of what you wanna be. During the program you are also being paid just like any other job you had or have.
